Return and Refund Policy

At Rover Co., every item is made on-demand through our third-party production partner, Printful. Because your piece is created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or preference changes.

We can help you with any Printful-verified issue.

Eligible Returns - We will replace your item at no cost if:

  • Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
  • You receive the wrong item
  • Your package is lost in transit

Report issues within 30 days of receiving the order (or 30 days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages).
Include your order number + photos of the issue.

Incorrect Address: If the address entered at checkout is wrong or incomplete, the shipment may be returned. Reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Non-returnable items

  • Items with hygiene restrictions (e.g., masks or sealed goods)
  • Any item returned to Printful without contacting us first

Shipping Policy

Rover Co. uses Printful to fulfill and ship all orders. Processing and delivery times depend on Printful’s global fulfillment centers.

Fulfillment Time

Time needed to make your order:

2–5 business days for most apparel. This does not include shipping.

Shipping Time

United States & Canada

  • Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
  • Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment


International

  • Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
  • Express: 1–3 business days (where available)


Shipping times may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once Printful ships your order.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import fees or taxes.

Terms of service

By placing an order with Rover Co., you agree to the following:

Made-to-Order Production

All items are produced and shipped by our third-party partner, Printful.
Orders begin production immediately and cannot be canceled once fulfillment has started.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require an additional reshipping fee.

Product Variations

Because items are printed and embroidered on demand, slight differences in color, placement, or sizing may occur.

Returns & Claims

Claims for defects, misprints, or shipment issues must be submitted within 30 days.
Rover Co. will submit the claim to Printful and follow their resolution process.

Usage

All Rover Co. products and designs are for personal use and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold.
